Phosbind是一种新型的磷酸盐结合标签和功能分子，在中性pH（生理pH）条件下可以特异性结合磷酸离子。Phosbind是一种双环金属络合物（1,3-bis[bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl) amino]propan-2-olato dizinc(II) complex），是一种选择性的磷酸结合标签，在中性pH的水溶液中，其对苯基磷酸酯二价阴离子（PH-OPO32-）的Kd值为25 nM* (*：在Zn2+的情况下)。
Phosbind Acrylamide提供了一种特异性的电泳过程（锰 (II)- Phosbind SDS-PAGE），可同时对磷酸化蛋白及其对应的非磷酸化形式进行分析。
